Continuous development and improvement
One of our main goals is to constantly invest in knowledge and improvement of our employees. In the specially organized training center KEC - Kontis training center, we train new, but also additionally train existing workers for more successful and efficient performance of work in our company. After successfully completing the education and acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills, candidates get the opportunity to start or improve their professional career at Kontis doo and contribute to further growth and development, as well as the stability of the company.

Vehicle fleet
Over the years, by strengthening the business and increasing the number of workers, our vehicle fleet has increased significantly, which enables the mobility and quick availability of all our workers at work sites throughout Europe.
Regulations and certificates
All business processes in our company are subject to ISO 9001: 2015 quality management standards and SCC ** - Health and Safety Policy of workers. The above standards are certified by TÜV Austria on an annual basis, and their application in all business processes is monitored on a daily basis.
Production in the most modern way
By moving the company's headquarters in May 2018, we geographically united our logistics department with the production facility, which greatly facilitates daily processes and thus significantly increases our work quality and achieved effectiveness.
